Hey, I’m Ioanna — fitness lover and certified trainer who’s spent most of her life in activewear. For the longest time, I used to train wearing only black. Oversized hoodies, leggings that blended in, sets that made me feel invisible. I thought I was just dressing for comfort — but deep down, I was hiding. Until one day, I chose something different. I put on a colorful set — bright, fitted, bold. And with that one choice, my whole energy shifted. Suddenly, I wasn’t hiding anymore. I was glowing, lifting heavier, smiling wider. And when I started matching sets with my girlfriends at the gym, something even more powerful happened. We started showing up for each other — loud, proud, and in color.
